Join us for a special evening of Crown-centered meditation and creative artistic expression at Mother Crewe Naturals at the Kingston Collection in Kingston , MA, USAFirst, we will paint our base layer and then meditate into the chakra energy system of the Crown chakra. You will be guided through a meditation to open and balance this vital energy center. We will open and align all of the chakras.
Afterward, unleash your inner artist and let your creativity flow onto the canvas as we paint the Crown Chakra mandala using stencils!
Our instructor, Joyce from Illuminated Soul, will guide you step by step, so no experience is necessary, all you need is an open mind. All materials - 8x8 wood stretched canvas, paints, brushes, and stencils provided, so you'll have everything you need. Whether you're a seasoned painter or a beginner, this event is perfect for everyone. (Best for teen to adult.)

t's the seventh and last in the complete chakra series! You can do them all and have a special hand-painted set of decor for your home or office.
Wear clothes you are comfortable painting in, you may get messy. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, towel, etc. for the meditation portion. You can also use a workshop mat or blanket. Water and light snacks will be provided.
Bring your open mind and a willingness to explore your artistic side. This in-person event promises to be a rejuvenating and inspiring experience.
