Your preschool-aged kiddos are invited to join Tricia for Preschool Story Time Yoga! We’ll use picture books, yoga poses, breathing, mindful movement, music and more to build self-awareness, emotional regulation, body awareness and concentration. Ages 3-6 please! Parent or guardian is required to attend with the child.
