Join Rubi Jaimes, Education Coordinator, and Jane Weeden, Master Naturalist for a walk in the park! Rubi will begin by introducing the City Nature Challenge taking place this weekend and show participants the basics on using the documentation and identification application, iNaturalist! Then the group will head out onto the trails to capture and identify as many species as possible!
What is the City Nature Challenge? Join the Texas Master Naturalists, San Antonio Natural Areas, Phil Hardberger Park Conservancy, Texas Parks Wildlife Dept and many others in a fun challenge this weekend, April 26-29 to see which city can document the most plant and animal species.
