About this Event
Critical Food Studies Network, Medieval Women’s Writing Research Group and the Bodleian Academic Engagement invite you to join us for a session on Medieval recipe books.
Together with Marjory Szurko (her book , published in 2018, was shortlisted for the Fortnum & Mason Debut Food Book of the Year in 2019) we will have a look at Medieval recipe books from the collection of the Bodleian Libraries, with Marjory sharing her research on medieval cooking and food writing – and maybe even a fitting treat.
