We had 14,000 visitors during the Frost Fayre weekend in 2024 and we're hoping you'll all join us again for a weekend of Christmas market in the abbey grounds. There'll be food and drink aplenty as well as a vast array of gift ideas for all. If you also wanted to book a visit to see Santa you can do so in advance by going to the Visit Santa at Abbey House page on our website.The abbey will be free entry for the whole weekend with doors open on Saturday and Sunday from 10am. On Saturday we will be open until 16:30 with last entry at 15:45 with Sunday closing being at 16:00 (last entry 15:15).
We will have shelter with tables and chairs in the grounds and the Abbey Yard Café & Gift Shop will be open for great coffee, hot pies and toasties and Christmas gifts for all the family.
Mulled cider? Mulled wine? Mead? A refreshing abbey cider made from the orchard on site? You can have all of that and more!
