Medic*tion Training - Auckland

NEED TO KNOW INFO:

• The course runs for 2 hours at the time specified when signing up.

• You MUST arrive at the location of the course 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the course to allow yourself time to find parking. Late comers WILL NOT be accepted.

• You MUST confirm with your coordinator that you are not booked for any shifts at the time of the course BEFORE signing up.

• Once signed up to the course and on the attendee list, you will be made unavailable on Alayacare for the duration of the training so that your coordinators can not book you for any shifts.

• The course is paid for by Life Plus, however, if you do not show up, withdraw from the course five days prior to the course, OR if you are late and they do not accept you, YOU will be responsible for payment of your place in the course (deduction from your wages will be arranged with you coordinator).

• Part 1 of Medic*tion training (Medic*tion; Introduction and Safe Practice – Segment 2) MUST be completed prior to attending the course. If incomplete, you will be asked to leave the training, will be charged for your place in the course and will be asked to book in for another date.

• Once the training is complete, we will organise to have your qualification sent out to you.

• The Medic*tion qualification is valid for one year from the date the training was attended.

By signing up to the Medic*tion Training Course you agree to the following:

• You are available to attend the duration of the course at the date and time specified.

• If you do not show up to the training and have not withdrawn from the course via the link provided to you 5 days prior to the course OR are late and then not accepted in, YOU will be charged for your place in the course.

Please Note:

• If any participant is experiencing flu like symptoms they should not attend the training. The instructor may ask them to leave the training session for the safety of the group.

• If any participant has an injury that would prevent them from participating in the practical components of the course, please inform your instructor on the day of the course.
