You're invited to join Jasmine of Solflower Seeds in an interactive intro workshop on how to create self-ceremonial rituals at home with herbal plant medicine.

Jasmine brings along her experience as a vibrational plant medicine woman and ceremonialist, to showcase the energetic nuances of the different herbal medicine she weaves into her plant spirit ceremonies.
WHAT WILL I EXPERIENCE?
You will hear about and experientially work with the subtle distinctions between tea medicine, herbal tinctures, flower essences, sacred smoke and herbal oils. There will be time for you to form your own connection with each of the plant teachers and take home rituals to receive more of their healing and wisdom in your daily life.

Jasmine of Solflower Seeds is a Meditation, Energetics + Vibrational Flower Medicine mentor for sensitive souls and empaths. In her sacred tea ceremonies, flower essence divination workshops, energy entrainments and private herbal consultations, she champions the ‘flowering’ of your consciousness for your soul’s unique dharma.
Seeing ‘sensitivity as divinity’, Jasmine works with you to reawaken the energy healer within and reclaim your intuitive wisdom and empathic power as a Sensitive. Her offerings empower you with energetics practices and vibrational herbal tools to live life in ceremonial embodiment and oneness with Spirit + Earth. In ceremony, Jasmine live-channels from the unseen, connecting the dots to facilitate vibrational shifts for your energetic realignment and communion with your higher self.
Jasmine, after her namesake, has a distinct affinity with flowers and their plant spirits. She discovered that after many years of studying the subtle energy fields, the Art of Zen Buddhist Vipassana, and her life experience with high sensitivity, she had developed the enhanced skill to hear and communicate with spirit guides, including flower devas.
After years of initiation, Jasmine was invited by her 3 master plant ‘tea’-chers to serve them in sacred tea ceremony: Blue Lotus (intuitive divination + nervous system regulation), Rose (self-love + heart medicine), and Mugwort (ancestral womb healing + plant spirit communication).
Her space holding is steeped in her devoted studies in earth + plant spirit wisdom, Flower Essences, Integral Energetics (nervous system energy work), Cha Tao (Chinese Tea Ceremony), Tao philosophy, her training in a Mahayana Zen Buddhist Monastery, and her 2-year Mindfulness Teaching Certification with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. It is Jasmine's heartfelt wish that you may find safe, compassionate shadow integration in her spaces to emotionally transform old wounding patterns back into wholeness.
Preparation
This will be a seated outdoor event in the beautiful gardens of Nevedya. Delectable organic vegetarian/vegan brunch and drinks are available for purchase. All herbs, tea, smudging tools and oils for the workshop experience will be provided for you. Just bring your lovely self.

NEVEDYA VENUE: Please enter from the back garden Japanese red gate as the restaurant doesn't open until 10:30am. There is plenty of parking here.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Mugwort is not suitable for those pregnant or breastfeeding. Blue Lotus is not recommended for those pregnant.
