Shamanism is a path of empowerment, and it connects us to spirit, nature & everything in the universe. Shamanism gives us the map so that we can heal ourselves, as we learn methods of healing that enables the student to heal themselves & others.
The South begins the process of us starting to heal our wounded self, our past that haunts us, so that we may fully live once more.
The Shamanic medicine wheel requires a commitment of the students to honour themselves, their healing journey & the path of the medicine wheel.
Healing can be very beautiful but often it takes a lot of courage to look deep within & except accountability for the roles we play & how we live our lives. This is why it is known as the heros journey. We must be prepared to go deep into ourselves and look honestly at all aspects of our lives, no matter how challenging it may seem. This is where real healing is required so we can heal our wounded selves & emerge whole.
A short telephone call, zoom call or in person chat is required to see if the medicine wheel may be suitable for you going forwards.
The Medicine Wheel is a way of life, a commitment, this path consists of Four Sacred Directions & the Hub (the centre) With each direction there is a minimum time barrier of 3 months until you are able to move into the next direction.
This is in place for your benefit, and it allows you to fully process your personal healing & absorb the teachings & complete the homework that is set.
We begin in the South - Represented by the great water boa. She teaches us to shed our past the way a serpent sheds its skin. We step into the way of the healer.
When we step on to the medicine wheel, we begin our healing journey process, anything which no longer serves us begins to be stripped away.
We start to transform our wounds into sources of power, healing the past so it no longer stalks our future, we start to remove ourselves for the perception of being a victim, and recognise we are thrivers.
On this course you will learn how to heal yourself & overcome obstacles which have always kept you trapped in the past & circulating patterns.

We were deeply honoured to have travelled to Winsconin, in America in 2018 to train our teacher, Lee Hilfiker.
We were priveleged to advance our Shamanic training & knowledge, integrating it in to this grounded course.
We are incredibly grateful to Lee & all her teachers for shariing their ancient authentic medicine ways with us. We are fortunate with all the knowledge and teachings that Lee shared with us to produce and provide an informative manual.
Our students find the manual invaluable as it gives them the space to absorb the teachings without having to frantically make notes. The manual also provides students with an awesome tool for referencing when needed in their healing of themselves and others.
Investment for each direction is £450,
A minimum of £50 non refunadable deposit is required to secure your place.
The course can be paid in instalments, before the course,
or you can pay the balance before or on the day.
Unless otherwise arranged for an extention.

What you will need for the Wisdom Keepers Medicine Wheel
South Direction – Way of the Serpent – the Healer
• Journal & Pen
• Lunch
• VERY IMPORTANT - Mesa Cloth roughly around 70cm x70cm minimum, but is better to have it larger so any where from 75cm x 75cm to 90cm x 90cm but this can vary – is is preferable if it is thick.
material, Leather, Q’ero Mesa, Fake fur, whatever you can afford & are
drawn to (the Q’ero cloths can very expensive, so if you are on a budget
make your own, they can be quilted, embroidered – there are some lovely
materials that you can buy in haberdashery shops)
• 3 stones that resonate with you (Natural are recommended but you could
use crystals)
• 1 black or dark coloured stone palm size, better to be on larger size than
smaller
• 1 white or light coloured stone palm size, better to be on larger size than
smaller
• Drum (not essential – we have a few that could be borrowed) hoop drum is
recommended for shamanic work
• Pendulum
• Rattle
• Strong feather or a smudging fan (not essential but you will need after the
course)
• Shell or heat proof smudging dish, and if metal be aware they get hot so
may need to rethink this not essential for course, it will be for use after course.
• Straight stick, as straight as you can get (can use bamboo, garden cane,
chop stick or a natural stick about 30cm ish – can be slightly larger)
• Special Blanket for your medicine work, not essential for course but will need one after.
• Agua de Florida if you have some (we will have some on the course if you
need it but you will need for after the course…… we do sell this & other
cleansing waters)
we have drums & rattles that can be borrowed if need be
What is the Wisdom Keepers Andean Medicine Wheel?
By stepping on to the Andean medicine path, we become sacred Mesa carriers. The medicine wheel an ancient life path, consisting of 4 directions & the centre (hub) that offer the participant healing, knowledge, empowerment.
This path creates opportunities to learn sacred ceremonies & shamanic wisdom healing methods. The Medicine Wheel holds the great circle of life, marked by the four cardinal directions & totems to symbolise them, we connect with the essential healing forces of nature and engage in the mysteries that will challenge who we think we are and what our life purpose is.
In this experiential hands-on-tradition of knowledge and healing, we journey through the four pathways of the Medicine Wheel, to awaken vision, to discover and embrace the Divine with ourselves, and to re-establish our connection with Nature and the Mystery of the cosmos. In this Medicine Wheel,
• South - We begin in the journey of the Pampamesayok /the way of the healer - Represented by the great water boa. She teaches us to shed our past & our personal history the way a serpent sheds its skin. When we step on to the medicine wheel, it becomes a way of life, we start to transform our wounds into sources of power, healing the past so it no longer informs our future, we are no longer a victim & we start to take charge of our lives.
• In the West - Way of jaguar we continue the journey of the Pampamesayok /way of the peaceful warrior/healer, where we learn to conquer our fears healing our self so we may become the peaceful warrior. We heal our ancestral wounds, embedded in our DNA and connect with the ways of the luminous, peaceful warrior.
• In the North- Way of the hummingbird, we begin the journey of the Altomesayak - way of the visionary/Sage, where we begin to live in possibilities, creating within ourselves magic & joy & our journey with spirit we discover the ways of the Sage.
• In the East- Way of the eagle, we fully step into the way of the Altomesayak- way of the visionary/ Mystic, we begin to co-create with creator, our dream becomes our reality, we begin to step outside of time to step into our becoming, we learn to walk with beauty, along the way of the visionary; the work of clarity, and illumination.
Personal work associated with the four directions
You will receive a beautiful colour manual with all the teachings and much more included within it. it gives students the space to absorb the teachings without worrying about making notes.
Upon completion of each direction you will receive a certificate for every direction.

Q: I feel really drawn to do this course but i’m struggling with getting the money together, is there a payment plan option?
A: we are very understanding about wanting to join the medicine wheel, but sometimes our finances are not in alignment with our calling.
Yes, a payment plan to suit you can be arranged prior to the course, please get in touch if you need to discuss a payment plan suitable for you.
Q: Will the medicine wheel have an impact on my life?
A: Usually the medicine wheel does have an impact on our life, as it works to clear what does not serve us, healing our past, enabling us to face our fears, to discover peace within, making space within our lives & ourselves to create a life of joy & possibilities & showing us how to create a life we choose for ourselves. it all depends how committed you are to your healing & how much inner work you do.
