Join us for another gathering of Medicine Song at the Raven Song Dome in Cumberland. It has been my absolute honour and privilege to be learning these songs for many years and being guided forth to share them with the community. Nothing humbles me more and lights my soul ablaze. ?Like all evenings we will begin with a WELCOMING MEDITATION that I guide you through intuitively. Scanning the body, bringing in presence and breath. Increasing our awareness and our witnessing of what is.
We then begin to come into our bodies with a guided EMBODIMENT practice. This looks different every circle but it’s with great care that we welcome ourselves home into our beautiful earth vessels.
You will be guided through VOICE ACTIVATION practices. Toning, humming, intuitive group song, and sound bowl chakra harmonizing.
MEDICINE SONG! My favourite part. We will gather sing shake and howl as we remember the sacredness of medicine song together.
A quick ECSTATIC DANCE journey to end our night and integrate all that’s moved through us. Singing dancing giggling and howling at the moon. You know, regular stuff.
