Did you know that catnip can be beneficial for humans and not just for cats?
Join clinical herbalist, Zhyfhs Millicent, as she shares her excitement and knowledge of herbal medicine.
Learn how to identify the plants, how they can be beneficial for your health, which parts of to harvest, and how to prepare them (external or internal use; tea or tincture, etc.), including:
* wild bergamot
* wild lettuce (looks like a thistle/W**d!)
* burdock
* catnip
* yarrow
* sumac
* dandelion

She is passionate about sharing information about herbal medicine as well as empowering people with knowledge to improve their health & well-being. She is a Registered Herbalist with the Ontario Herbalists Association and a graduate of Dominion Herbal College’s 4-year Clinical Herbal Therapy program.
