National Ladies Homestead Gathering, Beaver County, PA chapter invites you to our March 2025 Gathering!
MARCH AND APRIL MEETINGS WILL HAVE A SEED SWAP BEFORE AND AFTER THE MEETING! BRING YOUR EXTRA SEEDS TO SWAP AND SHARE WITH OTHERS!!
Nursing babies and ladies 16 and over are welcome to attend. Please leave other children and the menfolk at home!
The topic of discussion this month will be GROWING A MEDICINAL HERB GARDEN. Emily from 3Shadows Apothecary will be our guest speaker. She is a Vitalist herbal practitioner, traditional herbalist and a Permaculture Educator/Designer. So Ladies…come learn the WHAT, WHERE, WHY, WHEN & HOW to plant medicinally around your home. She will also briefly review how to use and will have some products for sale.

You do not have to live in Beaver County to attend and all Gatherings are free to attend. All levels of homesteading are welcome!

Homestead Swap
Before and after Gatherings all members will be able to to barter/buy homemade wares provided by VIP Members!! Homestead Swap starts at 6pm and then again after the speaker is finished.
We will also have our monthly homesteading basket raffle!! Tickets are $1 each (cash only please) Those who want to participate may purchase as many as you wish! All proceeds are used for the purchase of basket materials and supporting future activities of the group. Make sure to ask a board member how to score free tickets!!
