About this Event
Learn to forage edible and medicinal plants! In this class you will learn the most easy-to-identify local medicinal and edible plants, what to bring with you white you forage, some basic ways to prepare these plants, and, one wild plant Viking story. Your host, Matt Houghton, has been a foraging guide for many decades, and runs a guiding service - Valley of Giants Nature Tours - in the Quinault Rainforest.
All ages welcome.
Our full kitchen and bar will also be open during the class. Your ticket includes a $5 bar/food credit.
