Join Our Free Information Session

This in-person orientation is geared towards new students that are beginning our Medical Assistant program. Orientation will cover how to navigate both Blackboard, McGraw Hill, and Pearson so students will be ready for their first day of class. This will also cover the expectations of the student, how to understand the syllabi, and what services are available to them.

We have two times to choose from on November 10th: 10AM and 6PM

Students will also be able to meet the program coordinator, as well as their admin staff, and ask any questions they may have prior to registration. You will be able to see the MA classroom and lab. Our goal is to build a caring relationship with our students from day one and throughout their experience with ACC.

About the Program

The Austin Community College Medical Assistant program creates a defined pathway for you into a rewarding health care career, and may be completed in as little as 6-7 months.

Program highlights include:

Full-time day or part-time evening classes.
Classroom, clinical lab, and hands on experience.
Preparation for the National Medical Assistant exam.
