The Illinois Medical and Adult-Use Marijuana Dispensary Training with State Certification is provided by Leafy Green Agency, an Illinois-approved Cannabis Responsible Vendor Trainer. This course includes the state-required 2-hour dispensary training so you can work in a state-licensed dispensary in Illinois.

FAQs
Do I get a certificate?
Yes, if you pass the end of course test with a 70% or higher, you'll receive a certificate of completion from Leafy Green Agency verifying your new industry credential. You'll get 2-3 attempts to pass the test. The number of attempts allowed depends on the course you're taking and will be displayed to you before you start the test.
When will my certificate expire?
Your certification is good for 1 year and must be renewed annually. Responsible vendor Training Certification must be completed within 90 days before or after the first day of employment at a dispensary, whichever is later. Training received outside of the 90-day window will not meet the State's training requirement. If you’re not hired within 90 days of taking this course, you can request recertification through Leafy Green Agency for FREE.
How will the State of Illinois know that I completed and passed this course?
The names of the students who have passed this course will be provided to the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation where you can apply for a dispensing organization agent identification card once employed.
