The Med Instead of Meds class series will help you "go med" by exploring 7 simple steps to eating the Mediterranean way. The Mediterranean type style of eating has been proven as one of the healthiest eating styles on the planet.
Taught by UF/ IFAS Extension Registered Dietitian, in this six-week class series you will:

- Simple life hacks that will make this eating style easy
- New recipes that incorporate fresh and healthy foods
Get to try some simple and delicious Go Med recipes!
