Are you interested in eating healthier in the new year? Then consider joining us for our Med instead of Meds® nutrition class! The Med Instead of Meds® program teaches participants how to eat like those who live in the Mediterranean region. This style of eating has been shown to promote health and decrease the risk of many chronic diseases, including diabetes and heart disease, reduce blood pressure and support improved gut health.

This six-week series is perfect for anyone looking to improve their eating habits and learn more about healthy eating. Each class will focus on a topic about eating the Med Way and will include food demonstrations, tastings, resources and tips.

This class will be held at the UF/IFAS Osceola County Extension office in Kissimmee, FL every Tuesday: February 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th and March 4th & 11th. (Advance registration is required, ticket sales end on January 31st).

Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If class is cancelled, you will receive a notification confirmation to the e-mail that is provided during the registration process. (No Refunds unless class is cancelled by the instructor).
