Making Every Contact Count (Healthy Conversation Skills) is a behaviour change method. This interactive workshop is about developing conversation skills which positively impact the way we interact with others, helping them identify ways to improve their own health and wellbeing.
This workshop is one of 4 face to face sessions planned for 2024/2025 – other areas include Havant and Rushmoor.
The location for this event is: The Testwood Baptist Church(upstairs) 283A Salisbury Rd, Totton, Southampton, SO40 3LZ. This is the home of Youth & Families Matter
12.45 p.m. arrival for 1.00 a.m. start – 4.00 p.m. finish.
