Learn essential cooking techniques in this hands-on class as you prepare three healthy and delicious dishes! Kick off with a vibrant Green Apple Smoothie, perfecting blending methods for a smooth and balanced texture. Then, craft hearty Chickpea Burgers, sharpening your chopping skills, mastering seasoning, and pan-searing to achieve a crisp, golden crust. Finish strong with a silky Fennel, Leek, and Pear Soup, where you’ll practice knife skills, sauté aromatics, and blend to perfection. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class will empower you to create flavorful, well-rounded meals with confidence!

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours
Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class. So, if you would like to register another adult for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat. Or you can have your guest(s) create an account and register themselves separately.
