Meatless Meals: The Artful Use of Herbs

For ages 18 & up

Add a punch of flavor to almost any dish. You'll work with a variety of fresh and dried herbs - from parsley, mint, and basil to tarragon  and rosemary - and discover what a difference they can make.  Your potato salad will be transformed; your mushrooms will take on  complexity; and a simple dessert  will become your go-to as a fitting end to any meal. Working with a small team in our kitchen, you'll make a variety of  meatless dishes that can easily be incorporated into your repertoire. 

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that has been paired with your meal.

• Herbed Green Goddess Potato Salad

• Mushroom & Thyme Turnovers with Sour Cream 

• Basil Pesto Pasta with Edamame & Almonds

• Chickpea Casserole with Lemons, Herbs & Shallots

• Strawberries with Mint & Honey

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
