MeatFest returns to Kirby’s as a three-day endurance ritual celebrating volume, excess, and the noble art of staying out too late. Equal parts music festival, neighborhood stress test, and culinary dare, MeatFest is built on volume, late nights, and the belief that reasonable bedtimes are a social construct.Across three packed nights, a rotating lineup of local and regional bands will take over Kirby’s with extended evenings, overlapping sets, and just enough chaos to remind the block what living sounds like. Genres blur, amps hum, and the schedule bends when it needs to.
In the spirit of tradition, Kirby’s will once again attempt cooking miracles not recommended by modern science. Results may vary. Enforcement may be inconsistent. Satisfaction is highly likely.
If you’re looking for a polite festival, this is not it.
If you’re looking for something loud, dumb, joyful, and unreasonably committed to the bit, welcome back.
