About this Event
Learn how to properly prepare and can meat in a pressure canner. We will cover canning food, finding proper recipes, adjusting for our elevation in canning, using a pressure canner, and all the materials needed to can. It will be a demonstration, not a hands-on class. Participants will leave with knowledge, handouts, and have time to ask their questions throughout the program. Registration closes one week prior to event; max capacity 15 people.
Minimum of 5 participants required to host class, otherwise refunds will be issued.
