In 2008, he was privileged to lead a team to start The Village Church and has recently retired from his role there. He now works with the Baptist Convention of MD/DE to equip the larger Church to experience God’s formative presence with a vision for deeper reconciliation and mission. Pastor Dan is a husband, father, friend, and faithful servant of the Lord.</h4><h4>Somer Phoebus is the Communication Director for the BCM/D, as well as the Women's Ministry Missionary. She founded a ministry called She Works His Waywith a vision for a Discipleship and Equipping Community for Women who Love Jesus!
