MDS Workshop

Hosted by MDS Boston's Head Instructor Alex Rodriguez and Ian Luwis from MDS Virginia. Coach Alex will primarily be focusing on boxing principles to include stance, punching form and proper footwork. Ian will be bringing his expertise in stick and knife techniques to include basic grip and stances as well as defensive techniques along with disarming and control of an attacker.
