MDIC MedTech Cybersecurity Summit
September 12, 2022
Managing cybersecurity in the health care is a shared responsibility. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the arrival of the digital era in many aspects of global health care and so has the need for addressing cybersecurity concerns associated with medical devices and healthcare delivery. Medical device manufacturers (MDM) and healthcare delivery organizations (HDOs) are now working both independently as well as collaboratively in pre-competitive space to address cybersecurity vulnerabilities and threats. Various recent efforts from regulatory agencies confirm the need to tackle cybersecurity concerns with multipronged approaches. Public-Private partnerships such as MDIC are bringing together stakeholders, to build innovative tools and resources to advance the cybersecurity of medical devices and HDOs. MDIC MedTech Cybersecurity Summit attendees will have the chance to learn about global landscape by interacting with senior thought leaders from the regulatory and private sectors.
