On this particular night, the bar glimmered with golden light and pulsed with the laughter of the rich and famous. The occasion? A private wrap party for the noir film The Crimson Curtain—a film rumored to be cursed.
The cast and crew gathered under the bar's opulent chandeliers, toasting their success with glasses of champagne. Among them was Veronica Vale, the film's leading lady, known for her beauty, sharp wit, and a string of scandals that kept the tabloids busy.
