MD-Staff Educational Conference 2023

Save the date! Applied Statistics & Management is proud to announce our 2023 Educational Conference, held in Las Vegas, NV. Gain valuable insights about credentialing, privileging, and enrollment best practices from industry experts, plus attend in-depth sessions about MD-Staff products.

From peer reviews to audit logs and more, attendees will deep dive into current medical service office obstacles to discover innovative solutions. Connect and engage with other medical staff professionals at the conference.

The Pre-Conference Workshop will take place on March 1, the main conference will be March 2-3 , 2023.

Main Conference:

Lock in our early bird pricing of $400 for the main conference if registered before December 31, 2022. After December 31 the price for the main conference will increase to $475.

Hands-On Workshop:

This year our hands-on learning workshop will be held Wednesday, March 1, 2023. This will take place before the general conference. Due to the hands-on nature of this workshop, we will be providing laptops to attendees to follow along during the class. There will be a limited number of spots available for this workshop, in order to maintain an intimate learning environment. If you would like to attend this additional workshop, make sure to select the appropriate ticket type. 

This year we will be offering two different workshop options:

MD-Staff Back to School: This hands-on foundational workshop is designed for those attendees with little to no experience in MD-Staff. You will complete this workshop feeling more confident in your skills and with a firm understanding of the most efficient way to manage your providers. We will cover best-practice setup and workflow scenarios to ensure you don't miss a critical step in your credentialing process. Topics will include MD-App, checklists, verifications, Aiva automation, Pronto, expirables management, reporting, and much more!

- This workshop is desgined for those with 2 or less years of experience with MD-Staff.

MD-Staff Beyond the Basics: Medical Staff Professionals must adapt their day-to-day activities to meet the demands of our ever-changing healthcare environment. Remote work, system consolidations, centralization, and technology have all contributed to redefining your roles and responsibilities. Are you keeping up with the changes? Are there MD-Staff features you just haven't had time to explore? This workshop has you covered! In addition to reviewing many of the standard workflows needed to build a foundation of efficiency, we will discuss the more advanced features and tools of MD-Staff. Topics will include Aiva cycles, Pronto, productivity metrics, advanced reporting, automation tools, Virtual Committee workflows, and more!

There is a room block set up at the MGM Grand Hotel that is available for attendees at a reduced rate. The rooms are on a first come first serve basis. You will receive a link to book your room in your confirmation email once you have registered.
