About this Event
Join Reef Healers and Fort Collins Natural Areas for a water-based river cleanup at McMurry Natural Area. Volunteers will paddle along the Cache la Poudre River and reservoir area to remove trash and debris from hard-to-reach spots along the shoreline.
This unique event is open to participants with non-motorized watercraft (kayaks, paddleboards, or small canoes). A personal flotation device (PFD) is required for all participants. We’ll have a limited number of extra watercraft available on a first-come, first-served basis with advance notice.
Help us protect our local river and keep debris from traveling downstream. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
