Well, we can't help you with that, laddie, but here's a golden opportunity to sing a wee song or two!Hosted by Adam Swayne, our first Open Mic of 2025 will serve as a destination in your Hooley Pub Crawl. Be sure to wear green, and St. Patty's Day bling is encouraged.
PRICES
If you want to just come watch, mingle with friends, and have a fun time, a suggested donation of $3 will be requested at the door. If you'd like to show off your talent and take the stage, signing up is only an additional $2. If you also would like to donate to the Embassy, we'll gladly appreciate it!
BRING YOUR ID (21+) TO BE SERVED ALCOHOL.
SCHEDULE
7:30 pm: Doors & bar open and sign-ups begin
8 pm: Host will take the stage and Open Mic Night begins!
9:30 pm: Sign-ups officially close
~11:45 pm: Hosts give closing remarks, and Open Mic Night concludes. Times may vary depending on the number of people attending.
PERFORMANCE LIMIT
To ensure everyone has a great time and an equal opportunity to express their talent, performers can expect 10 to 15 minutes of an act or 3 songs total if they're singing karaoke. If a performer does a combination of singing and another type of act, it will all cumulate to their 15-minute time limit. You may sign up multiple times to perform depending upon numbers of performers signed up.
BAR WILL BE OPEN
While the night is progressing, the bar will be open for snacks and beverages. Special drinks dedicated to the theme will be available as well!
