1st timers means exactly that it must be your 1st time competing in stonelifting or strongwoman
novice means you can have competed but absolutely no podium finishes in novice or above
£45 entry fee to be paid to secure spot. no fee no spot

stone to shoulder for reps with choice

1 rep with larger stone beats any reps with smaller .
Event 2 walking stones
both categories 55kg 66kg
Event 3
First timers ringed stone front hold 10kg
Novice Stone pinch grip challenge
2 stones
stone 1 to be lifted and held for max time in each hand ( Times added together) then a double overhand stone hold for max time all times added together for complete time
Event 4 Max distance Husafell from keg 1st 81kg Nov 90kg 20m course with turn
Event 5 Stone to barrels 5 m apart
1st Timers 45kg 55kg 63kg 70kg 80kg
