Join a park Naturalist to take a leisurely hike on a hidden trail that leads to McGirts Creek. The park Naturalist will point out birds, wildflowers, and other wildlife seen on this roughly one-mile walk. Meet the park naturalist at the first picnic shelter. Please arrive at the designated meeting location ready to hit the trail by the advertised start time or you may miss the program.
Water, sun protection, binoculars and bug spray are recommended.
Well behaved dogs on leash are welcome.
Some terrain may not be suitable for strollers.
Outside programs may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as
inclement weather, etc.
