Bring your aquarium related items to auction off! Remember to bring cash.
A few reminders for the meeting:
1. Please have all auction items bagged up prior to the meeting. Fish should be bagged in aquarium bags. Plants can be bagged in ziploc bags or containers without water.
2. If you arrive after the meeting has begun, please wait to bring auction items to the table until after the presentation portion of the meeting has concluded.
3. HAP and BAP online forms and information can be found in the Award Programs channel on discord. They are also in the files section of the facebook group.
Auction Rules/Guidelines:
1. Bring cash if you are looking to participate.
2. There is a 80/20 split on auction items. 80% goes to the seller, 20% goes towards the club fund, which allows us to continue having meetings and future events.
3. Any aquarium related items are allowed in the auction. However, please refrain from bringing large tanks.
4. No more than 10 items per person.
5. All items up for auction must be labeled with the seller's name, item name, and any minimum bid price.
