Mc Gama
Born in the ghetto, where the streets taught rhythm before the clubs did, McGama grew with music as both his escape and his weapon. In the 90s, the crackle of vinyl and the pulse of hip hop shaped his hands, while the grind of the city shaped his soul. From small block parties to underground sessions, every beat he dropped was a reflection of survival, passion, and truth.
Now based in New Zealand, with more than 25 years behind the decks, McGama carries that same raw energy into every set. His music bridges eras and cultures, bringing the old-school fire of the 90s to the fresh spirit of today. At the same time, he continues to support local DJs by giving them their shot opening space in different clubs and plugging them into the scene.
