In preparation for the 2026 Primary Election, Montgomery County Eagle Forum (MCEF) will, once again, be conducting Candidate Forums for contested local races at Grace Woodlands Church!January 8 Forums:
U.S. Congressional District 2, Republican Party County Chair, Justice of the Peace Pct. 1
January 15 Forums:
359th District Court, State Board of Education District 6, Justice of the Peace Pct. 3
January 22 Forums:
Texas Senate District 4, Texas House District 3,
Justice of the Peace Pct. 5
January 29 Forums:
U.S. Congressional District 8, Texas House District 16
February 5 Forums:
County Judge, County Commissioner Pct. 2, State Board of Education District 8
➡️ Ask the candidates YOUR specific questions. Montgomery County Eagle Forum does not prepare questions in advance - all questions are submitted by attendees in writing at the event.
➡️ NEW THIS YEAR! As in the past, the questions will come from the audience. What’s new is that the questions will be read by the Moderator instead of attendees to respect everyone's time and eliminate personal attacks.
➡️ Criteria for Questions to Be Accepted: Must be written legibly, no personal attacks, not a repeat of a previous question. More instructions will be provided at the event.
