About this Event
MBS has hosted many burning bush digs in the past few years. Maybe you have one (or two, or a few) or these trees and don't really know what to do with them to turn them into bonsai. Join this class to learn how to turn your burning bushes that were dug up in years past into bonsai.
Burning bushes are easy to grow trees but at this class you will be shown what you can do and shouldn't do with your tree. For example, when to prune and how far back to prune, what branches will move when wired and which won't. Directional pruning is also an important thing to learn about. And if your tree is ready, how to carve your tree with a Dremel or by ripping it is also something you could learn.
Bring one tree or bring many to this workshop.
Must be a MBS member in good standing.
