The aim of our Transition Program is to gradually introduce children into the school environment, so they feel safe, welcome, confident and ready to learn in 2025. In general, the five transition sessions involve:
•students arriving and getting settled into an activity
•spending time in the Prep classroom for simple activities — sharing a story, craft activities, games, puzzles, construction etc.
•some play time outside
•beginning to learn school routines (e.g. bags, food, toileting, moving around the school, which doors to use, boundaries, sports and play equipment)

Wednesday 13th November 9am - 11am
Wednesday 20th November 9 - 11am
Wednesday 27th November 9am - 11am
Wednesday 4th December 9am – 1pm
Tuesday 10th December 9am – 1pm (State wide step up day)
