The Myrtle Beach Downtown Alliance (MBDA) is hosting a beach cleanup event and invites the community to join in keeping Myrtle Beach’s beautiful beaches pristine during National Clean Beaches Week, which is celebrated annually July 1-7.The MBDA Cleanup Event will be Wednesday, July 3, from 8 AM until 10 AM, at the 2nd Avenue Pier in Myrtle Beach.
National Clean Beaches Week is a national initiative dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of clean beaches and waterways.
Here are the details:
• Date: Wednesday, July 3
• Time: 8-10 AM
• Location: 2nd Avenue Pier, 110 South Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC.
• What to Bring: Your enthusiasm for a clean beach!
• Host Provides: All necessary cleanup supplies, including gloves, trash pickers and bags, courtesy of Keep Myrtle Beach Beautiful.
