Maybe Running Will Help-Yoga

Join lululemon ambassadors Marissa and Nicky for a new run and yoga series at lululemon Harbor East - Maybe Running Will Help! They are set to guide you through a walk/run on Sunday August 4th and September 8th and then a yoga practice on Sunday August 18th and September 29th. There will be a huge event celebrating Mental Health Awareness day on Thursday October 10th combining all these elements and more in Hampden at the Penguin Room indoor location or outdoor on the patio if it’s nice at Whitehall Mill.

Show up for yourself, join our community and move with us! We will have special lululemon giveaways and opportunities to check out all the best gear. Snacks, drinks and more goodies will be provided after each event. Show up early and be sure to bring your yoga mat for the days we are practing yoga in the store. All runs will take place outside leaving from the lululemon store in Harbor East in August and September, and yoga will be inside the store. Please arrive early and give yourself time to connect with our community after each event. EVERYONE IS WELCOME. If you are new to running, walking, moving, yoga, stretching, YOU ARE INVITED to join us and if you are a veteran to sweating with us we welcome you back too! All events are FREE, but please register for each event online.
