I feel so happy for sharing this course in Finland again?
We will talk about this traditional medicine that I inherited from my lovely family: My Medicine Woman Mother, my Mayan Grandfather, My Naturopathic Dad and honoring also many medicine women and men that had teaching me a lot about herbalism, the postpartum period and my sacred path as medicine woman, Doula and Apprentice of traditional midwifery.
The idea of this course is to share with you, and experience together the magic of the Mexican-Mayan traditional Postpartum healing, a healing that more than be a structural way of massage, is a Sacred Ceremony that is one of the most important Rituals of Passage in the Women's Life and is full of different rituals to help in the restoration of the Mother.
I remember how important was for my family to do it, for my mother to teach us and for my grandparents to teach to my mother. This is a very beautiful way to nourish your soul and your body in a very sacred way after a birth or the loose of a baby during pregnancy.
There is a very beautiful tradition behind this ceremony and I believe that if we could all, experience this healing after birth, our way to live the Postpartum period and motherhood would be more soft, deeper and in a more consciousness way. Making of this transition a lovely experience and a way to share our heart with our postpartum sisters, friends, families, etc.

The Course will be running by Brenda Miquiztli:
I'm 38 years old Mexican woman, living in Finland. The medicine path its being for me, my whole life path, I grow up in a naturophatic family❤?? and I learned all my life from my father the ways to heal the body through the contact with the elements in the earth (water, fire, earth and wind, diet and herbs) and from my mother the healing through energy and meditation.
I'm a women's circle and workshops facilitator, in México, Finland and Sweden, a Certified Doula, Placental medicine therapist, Certified Breastfeeding counselor, apprentice of traditional midwifery, Sahumadora (fire keeper in the mexican ancient tradition for 14 years), working with traditional medicines and energy (25years), working with ancestral healing practices (more than 12 years), Sacred Obsidiane pipe keeper, Prehispanic traditional dancer (more than 10years), Guardian of Temazcal-Sweat lodge, Moon Dancer and facilitator of rites of passage (Menarche, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause), Graduated and worked as a Veterinarian (focused in reproduction).

The weekend does not include: -Accommodation and food.
(Some restaurants are close and you can bring your own aliments to eat or prepare there).
The place for the course will depend of the number of assistants.
The reservation price is 100€ and is not reembolsable.
