Your evening includes carefully curated pairings of four house beers with four different craft chocolate varieties, each handcrafted in Guatemala using traditional Mayan methods.

Nicholas Silverman is a chocolate educator and advocate for ethical cacao sourcing. Since 2012, he’s helped bring Guatemalan artisan chocolate to thousands of North American customers while supporting sustainable livelihoods and preserving Maya chocolate-making traditions.
