About this Event
Join us for the May Womxn's Brew Culture Club at Commonwealth Brewing Fairfax! Get ready to sip on some delicious craft brews and connect with other women and non-binary folx who are enthastic about beer. We gather montly at a brewery, cidery or distillery and meet with an inspiring female staff member, owner or brewer to learn and experience new flavors and dive deeper into the world of craft beverage. Having a non-judgemental, welcoming, fun experience while you further educate yourself on something you love or are interested in. Experiences such as these inspire those who may feel out of place, those who find themselves being "man-splained" to in breweries and other prodominately male drinking establishments.
Our hosts kindly guide us through a tasting/flight and explain the process, beer flavors and just hang out during the event. We have gained many new friends, all while making the craft beverage industry more diverse and inclusive. This in-person event will be held at the Commonwealth Brewing Co FFX location. Please RSVP so that we can properly inform our host how many to expect.
