Photo Release Waiver
I understand that LovEnZen Apothecary, LLC, may take photos or videos of program participants during programmed activities or events for use in educational or promotional material, in print, multimedia or webform. Photos or videos will only be used for purposes related to these programs and their related partners. By purchasing a ticket I acknowledge my agreement with these conditions.
*If you do not want your photo taken, you can choose to opt. out by letting us know by sending an email before the event or notifying us upon entry into the event.
Copyright Rules: Although photos taken by LovEnZen Apothecary LLC or affiliates may be used for promotion and commercial use. All copyrights belong to LovEnZen Apothecary LLC. Each photo contains a copyright in the metadata. Any violations to the copyright laws will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
LovEnZen Apothecary LLC. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, undiscussed promotions, spam, etc, will not be tolerated. If an attendee exhibits any of these negative behaviors LovEnZen Apothecary LLC reserves the right to cancel any previously scheduled and paid for ticket with no refund to the client.
