On Tuesday, April 15, 2025, from 5 PM - 9 PM, the River Park Farmers Market transforms into an intergalactic feast, featuring 30+ Star Wars-inspired dishes! Will you fight for the Light Side or embrace the Dark Side? Choose wisely—delicious, the food is!

Darth Maul's Double-Sided Lightsaber Corn Dog – A dual-ended corndog, battered in fiery red cornmeal and fried to perfection—twice the size, double the flavor, all Dark Side.

Blue Milk – A creamy, blueberry-infused horchata, with hints of vanilla, cinnamon, and coconut—a legendary refreshment for any Jedi, moisture farmer, or smugger.

Mustafar Spicy Chicken Sandwich – A fiery fried chicken sandwich, drenched in lava-hot habanero sauce, with charred jalapeños and molten pepper jack—the heat is strong with this one.

Lightsaber Churros – A trio of strawberry (Sith), blueberry (Jedi), and apple cinnamon (Yoda) churros, served with Dark Side chocolate ganache or Light Side vanilla bean cream.

Wookie Cookies – Thick, extra-chewy chocolate chip cookies, drizzled with caramel "fur" stripes and sprinkled with toasted coconut, as chewy as the galaxy’s favorite Wookiee!

Grilled Porg Skewers – Juicy, marinated chicken skewers, basted with citrus-soy glaze and roasted garlic butter, served with charred peppers and onions—an Ahch-To island feast that never was (sorry, Chewie)!

Mustafar Lava Cakes – Rich, molten chocolate lava cakes with a fiery cinnamon-habanero kick, topped with a smoky caramel swirl and red chili powder dusting—a dessert hotter than Anakin’s rage.
