Come watch our wall come to life!!! We are going to partner with the community to get our wall painted!! Come celebrate, learn, check out vendor booths & artwork!!! We will be having a patient drive too!! $45 for just the recommendation or $55 for the recommendation & paperwork to be filed! You will be responsible for your state fee!! State fee is 104.50 unless you qualify for the 22.50!!

This event will be outside in our parking lot & the patient drive will be in the back, suite b! We are looking for anyone to sponsor or donate a Jupiter Jump, we have a tiny one for kids 5 & under so now we need to add stuff for big kids to do!! We will probably be doing crafts as well if anyone would like to donate craft supplies we would love that!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT!!!!
