Join us for a May Herbal Tea Blending and Tasting workshop, in collaboration with Lime Tree in Thames Ditton! In this restorative and relaxed evening, I'll introduce you to some of my favorite herbs and talk about their healing properties. You will enjoy tasting beautiful herbal hot infusions that I will pair with delicious tea cakes. I will discuss the benefits of drinking herbal teas, how to create your own tea drinking ritual, and why having a daily mindful tea drinking ritual can be good for your well-being. You will then create your own tea blends to take home.
