Sunrise Series Vinyasa classes are held each week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 's, 6.15am to 7.15am.Twice a year we run a challenge in the months of May and September providing a 12 class commitment to cultivate an achievable early morning practice, designed to elevate your health, improve your lifestyle and start your day with energy!
The challenge is - attend all 12 classes in the challenge period and WIN 1 month of Unlimited Yoga!
Our May Challenge period commences: Monday, 6th May until Friday, 31st May.
Across the month the teachers will build you towards a peak pose as well as building your strength and commitment to your practice. Then we share a celebratory breakfast at the end of class on the last day when the Winners are announced!
