OUR FIRST NOVICE MEET OF 2024 IS SET!Details are below:
MAXIMUM number of people allowed to enter the competition is 30.
There will be food available to purchase on the day as well as beverages and coffee.
Novice 3 Lift Powerlifting Competition
WHEN: Saturday 25th May 2024
PRICE: $80 each competitor to pay using our online platform (STRICTLY NO REFUNDS ON THIS).
WHAT: This is an UN-Sanctioned event, open to novice lifters interested in gaining experience in a powerlifting competition.
Anybody can enter.
Wrist wraps/knee wraps are allowed along with Normal Gym Clothing.
Membership with a federation is not needed to compete in this competition.
WHERE: Platinum Training Academy (22 Garema Circuit, Kingsgrove, NSW, 2208)
WEIGH IN: Saturday 7:am - 8:am (STRICTLY)
LIFTERS BRIEFING: 8:am - 8:15am
FIRST LIFT TO COMMENCE AT 9:00am
RULES: We will be going over the rules that will be followed on the day and we will be following the International Powerlifting League's rulebook for lifting commands.
