In our 4.5 hour immersive retreat we will celebrate our awakening into spring!The content and practices draw inspiration from Buddhist Mindfulness Meditations and Yogic (Bhakti Yoga) teachings, coupled with insights from modern science, particularly the Polyvagal Theory.
This retreat is crafted to guide individuals on a journey of self-reflection, focusing the lens on how far we have come and aim our arrow in the direction we wish to go.
Our serene studio setting provides the perfect container for the practice of turning inward as we delve into the profound wisdom of ancient traditions and cutting-edge science.
This is an invitation to explore and double down on personal growth that inevitably effects those around us.
We will move among meditation and yoga practices with active and restorative asana. Chanting and Reiki will draw us together as we close our time together.

12:30 - 1:00 pm Supine Deep Rest Restorative with Reiki Treatment
