Lala Bodi Yoga Party Pop Up @ Clovr Collective
THE EVENT: Break up your week, break up your month, and get inspired by an evening of fun and invigorating all-levels yoga. Then bask in the glow at an after party full of sips, snacks, great music, and fantastic people. Come hang with us!
We'll start the evening with an energizing ~45-min Power Vinyasa Flow. The room will be gently heated to ~80 degrees during practice. We love our music loud and our yoga hot, so get ready to move and sweat!
WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a yoga mat, towel, water bottle, and any other props you might like for your practice (e.g., a blanket, blocks, a strap). A sense of humor and a willingness to have some fun are also worth packing. And, if you’re going to hang at the After Glow party, a dry shirt is not the worst idea.
WHERE TO PARK: There is a lot adjacent to the building, just after you pass Woodberry Tavern + the pool. Parking is free and we are located around the back of the building (follow the path behind Activate Body) in Suite 105.
