Pies and Libations
Three courses with Celtic inspirations! This demonstration will start with a Carmelized Onion Tart highlighted with Guinness and Irish Cheddar cheese. Our main course features a traditional Bourbon Braised Beef Pie, simmered in a stout and Bourbon sauce, featuring beef, root vegetables and topped with a puff pastry. The final course features our own Granny Mac Irish Creme in a Cheesecake with a Granny Mac Liqueur Ganache.
This month features owners Neville and Linda Gardner dueling over the cooker and Corinne our bakery chef with our Cheesecake.
