May Day Yoga + Beltane Ritual

Beltane (May Day) has been a time of celebration for humans since the dawning of the world. The sun shines stronger, the plants perk up, and our Mama earth prepares her body for a season of nurturance and abundance!
Our slow flow asana practice will mirror this journey, starting low and grounded and ultimately raising our hearts towards the sun. A guided meditation and journaling prompts will help us get clear on:
- what natural resources (strengths) do we possess?
- what inner seeds need our nurturance?
- how can we bring more fun into our lives?
Options for group sharing will allow us to draw inspirations from each other.
Leave feeling like the natural, safe, creative, and playful little mammal that you are!
Bring your journal, comfy clothes, and a light heart. You'll leave with one either way!

After our session officially ends, there will be optional opportunity for another group ritual: the indulgence of tea and cozy conversation :)
All are welcome. No experience necessary for participation, just an open mind. Join us for a fun and introspective evening as the sun returns!
Bring a yoga mat or blanket (we have plenty of extras if needed), a journal, and cozy layered clothes that allow for free movement.

This is a inclusive and trauma-informed space for you to explore and express yourself. We will make every effort to create safety and welcome for all attending.
Tickets are tiered, please pay what you can.

2. Register on Eventbrite and pay via Venmo (no processing fee). Send your ticket payment via Venmo to @sam-sharkey-2 with the memo "May Day". Then select the Venmo ticket option on Eventbrite to complete registration.
